This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how Tomb Slayer Radio, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information from you when you interact with Tomb Slayer Radio (available at www.tombslayerradio.com) and its features, as well as our applications, content, and other services (the “Service”) that post a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, referred to herein as the “Service”). 

When connecting to our radio stream, your IP address will be sent to our radio service provider in order for us to track listening trends and provide licensing bodies with royalty reports. Once our service provider receives your IP it is immediately anonymised, deleted and becomes untraceable. This data is never sold on or passed to other companies.

For iOS Apps

The Tomb Slayer Radio iOS App does not collect any user data when installed or launched on your device.

For Android Apps

The Tomb Slayer Radio Android App does not collect any user data during use. In order to provide audio control during Phone App use, the App will monitor the ‘state’ of the phone App (Idle, in call, call ended) if applicable on your device. At no point will the App be able to listen in or derive phone numbers or data.

The Android App also requires access to local storage. This is to store its configuration for faster launch times.

TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

We may collect the following categories of personal information about you directly from you, automatically through your use of the Service, and from third parties.

Information You Provide to Us

Contact Information. When you use the Service, we may collect your name, mailing address, telephone number, or email address.

Other Information. We may collect other information you provide to us while using the Service, such as information about your song preferences or favorite Bible verses.

Contest, Sweepstakes, and Survey Information. Such as when you enter a contest or sweepstakes, information included in any responses submitted through surveys or questionnaires, or the content of any testimonials.

Information Automatically Collected

We and our third-party partners may automatically collect the following information from or in connection with your device when visiting or interacting with the Service.

Device Data. Such as your internet protocol (IP) address, operating system, device type and version, browser type and version, browser id, the URL entered and the referring page/campaign, date/time of visit, other user agent string data, the time spent on our Service, and any errors that may occur during the visit to our Service. Device data may overlap with the other categories of data listed below.

Analytics Data. Such as the path taken to our Service, through our Service, and when exiting our Service, usage and activity on or in connection with our Service, metrics on how many emails we send are actually opened and which attachments or links are opened, clicked, or viewed (such as via pixels, as described further below).

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We and our third-party partners may use cookies on the Service to store information about users on the users’ computers as well as other tracking technologies, such as web beacons, pixels, scripts, location-identifying technologies, and logging technologies to automatically collect the personal information described in this section (and otherwise expanded upon in other sections).  See the Access To Your Personal Information And “Opt Out” Procedures section below to learn more about how you may limit or disable cookies or certain other tracking technologies on your device.

“Do Not Track” Signals. Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal to websites and online services you visit. At this time there is no consensus among industry participants as to the meaning of “Do Not Track” in this context. Like many other websites, our Sites are not configured to respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers.

HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the categories of personal information described above for the following business and commercial purposes: 

  • To Provide the Service and Fulfill Your Requests. In addition to the uses described above, we may also use your personal information where we have obtained your consent to do so, or as otherwise permitted by law.

HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We will not sell or provide your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Service Providers. We use service providers, contractors and agents to provide a variety of business services on our behalf, for the purposes described above.  For example, we use service providers to help us with data processing, website analytics, security, legal services, and financial services or payment processing. In some instances, Company may need to provide personal and/or non-personal information about you to such service providers. However, all third party service providers are prohibited from using your personal information for any purpose other than that for which they were selected to work with Company.

Promotional Partners. We may share information with third parties with whom we partner to provide contests, surveys, and sweepstakes, or other joint promotional activities.

We may also disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:

Business Transfers. If Company is acquired by, merged with, or invested in by another company, or if any of our assets are or may be transferred to another company, whether as part of a bankruptcy, assignment for the benefit of creditors, insolvency proceeding or similar financial circumstances, we may transfer the information we have collected about you to the other company. COOKIES AND RELATED TECHNOLOGIES

The Service uses automatic data collection technology and other services such as “cookies”, “web beacons”, “tags” and other similar technologies. A cookie is a small data file that is placed on the hard drive of your computer so that your computer will “remember” information when you visit a website. Web beacons and tags are small strings of code that are used in conjunction with a cookie and that allow us to record activity on the Service. This information is used for the purposes mentioned above and to help us serve you better by improving our website design, as well as our products, services, and promotions. We also use the technologies mentioned above to improve functionality of the Service and user experience.

We have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures that we believe are appropriate to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of our databases or sites, nor can we guarantee that information will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.

DATA RETENTION

Your personal information will be held for only so long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was originally collected, and in accordance with applicable local law. We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. When assessing retention periods, we first examine whether it is necessary to retain the personal information collected and, if retention is required, work to retain the personal information for the shortest possible period permissible under applicable law.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

The Service may contain links to other websites run by other entities. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Service‚ so we encourage you to read the privacy statements on the other websites you visit. Company is not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other sites even if you access them using links from the Service. In addition, if you linked to our Service from a third party website, we cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of the owners and operators of that third party site and recommend that you check the policy of that third party site.

CHILDREN

This Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age.  No one under the age 13 may provide any personal information to or on the Service.  We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13 you should not provide any personal information to us and you should use the Service only with the participation of a parent or guardian.

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND “OPT OUT” PROCEDURES

You have various options to “opt out” of receiving information from us and our marketing partners. For example, you can opt-out from our newsletters by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each message. If you no longer want to receive third-party email offers that you requested through the Service, simply follow the advertiser’s unsubscribe link or opt-out instructions that should be included in every commercial message you receive.
